Standards and Best
Practices
MetaVista consultants conform to project management standards
as set forth by the Project Management Institute. Most of our
senior consultants have advanced degrees and multiple professional
certifications. Senior Project Managers are required to have
a PMP certification as well as extensive experience and education.
MetaVista consultants are familiar with and support industry
standards including those established by IEEE, the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI), and the International Organization for Standardization

Recent Project Involvement
In recent years MetaVista consultants have worked on some of
the largest IT projects in the State of California, including
the Automated Collection Enhancement System (ACES) and the
Disability Insurance Automation (DIA) Project at the Employment
Development Department, and the Next Generation Electronic
Transmission (NGET) at the Department of Consumer Affairs.
In addition, MetaVista provided the lead consultant for multiple
enterprise data center projects, including multiple data
center consolidation and relocation projects, for one the
largest financial institutions in the United States.
