Consulting Group and Public Sector Consultants Agree to Merge

Combination Broadens Customer
Base, Enhances Scope of Services and Creates Improved Scale and
Operational Efficiency
Folsom-based
MetaVista Consulting Group (MetaVista) and Sacramento-based
Public Sector Consultants, Inc. (PSC) announced today that
they have completed a merger agreement combining the two companies,
effective June 1, 2009.
The combined
company will continue to provide a range of technology-related
consulting services to its clients, including project and program
management, independent project oversight, software engineering
services, data center infrastructure consulting services, technology
procurement support, business process reengineering, and training.
Customer Benefits
The combined company’s stronger financial, technical, development,
and marketing resources will better serve clients on their
complex technology projects. Clients will benefit from
the combined company’s reliability, its service offerings,
and its experience.
Company Leadership
Fredrick A. Schwartz, founder and CFO of PSC, will be the Chairman of MetaVista’s
Board of Directors. Charles Ritchie, founder and President of MetaVista,
will join the five-member Board of the combined firm and will also serve
as one of four practice area directors. Jay M. Jackson, President of PSC,
will serve the combined company as President.

Schwartz.
